Question

Help answer this question below.

I just yelled at a friend who insist on belittling me (and spinning/lying about what I say, touching me more than I like and put his hands around my throat) and i'm afriad that he still doesn't get why I "snapped". I'm tempted to apologize, should I?

You have nothing to apologize for, he should be the one doing all the apologizing and I would let him know that.
