A child is a wonderful thing ! I would suggest at this time, dependent only on the information that you gave that adoption might be your best option. When you are young (and even when you are not) it is very hard to raise a child with no support and not really fair to raise a child that will be from a broken home from the very start (since you and bf aren't ready to get married, and he probably would never be happy even if he did marry you). You can be certain that your child will get a great set of parents and have a much better life that you can provide. Try an open adoption, so you can participate in his or her life if you prefer. There is no shame in giving your child to another couple through adoption. Raising a child is the hardest thing you will ever do, you owe it to yourself and the child to wait until you are in a better position.
