* Pumpkin roll is a delicious flat cake that is covered in cream cheese icing & nuts, then rolled into a jelly roll to be sliced.
* I usually make a homemade 3-tiered carrot cake with cream cheese icing for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
* If you're not much into fruit or veggie type cakes/pies, why not make a chocolate cake, then get some colorful orange and yellow sprinkles to make it festive for fall?
