When you have a headache, what do you take; Aspirin, or Tylenol, or Advil, or Aleve, or other?

    Tylenol, but I will avoid till the last minute... I learned that if you keep taking this or that too much your body willl not react the way it should... so when (rarely) I take it works promptly.
