Tech savvy people: What's in your "black bag" to fix what ails a customer's PC?

Here are my software tools:

1) Hiren's Boot CD: http://www.hiren.info/pages/bootcd
2) UBCD: http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/
3) Winternals ERD Commander
4) Vista Repair CD: http://neosmart.net/blog/2008/windows-vista-recovery-disc-download/

Between these 4 items, there is very little I cannot do. I should really have a BartPE disc, but I'm lazy.

Besides these, a flash drive (or a few - they're cheap) loaded with goodies is a MUST.
