I often figure that it must just be shoddy wiring in the light, but so many lights, and so many coincidences where this happens as I walk by them? I don't get it.

i believe you symbeline. youre not the only one. happens to me too. mostly with street lights.

i think its because of two things: first, the sodium vapor street lamps start to cycle on and off at the end of their life ~ and theres a lot of those around. also, they are sensitive to the human electromagnetic field, and some of us are more highly charged than others. all the negative/positive energy talk is just hocus pocus to me.

This happens to me also, lights flicker when i walk under or pass them, only when i am aware of it though, when i stare at the lights thats are flickering it stops its only when I am not looking, some times street lights do it to but not for a while, its normally in my home but has even started in the toilet at my work. i am not afraid it could be a number of things, high nrg or a spirit, good or bad but if it is bad then fear feeds them so i tend not to worry. I know it is not electric cables because it is not just happening in my home, i have shouted out why are the lights flickering and what are you trying to tell me, is there anybody there but nothing. I would like to know what and why though x
