That's fine don't be to worried. I have my tongue pierced and it happened to me. All you do is take a Q-tip and dip one of the ends in peroxide and where u see the yellow-ish discharge just remove it with the Q-tip and rinse with a little peroxide and water or salt water it happens to new piercings. It shouldn't happen if the piercing is fully healed.

You're reading I just got my tongue pierced 2 days ago, and yesterday I noticed a little white-ish yellow-ish stuff coming out of the piercing spot...Should I be concerned?
