Help answer this question below.

How come that in US,one of the richest countries, middle to lower middle class people can't afford to seek medical help because it's so expensive. Lots of poorer countries have free health care.

    Australia's not much better! And even after you've seen a doctor, half the time you can't afford to get the prescription filled.
