Are you serious? It has served the exact purpose it was designed ti do. Just k=like the war on terror.
Think about it:
-Since the war on drugs there has never ever been a shortage on drugs in America. (no surprise)
-The prison population has skyrocketed forcing the building of many many more prisons which creates jobs.
Sounds like a win win to me.
Now realistically if America was really anti-drugs (which is pure BULL SH!T) we would follow the same example that Amsterdam adopted back in the 70's.
They legalized all dope. The % of the public that are drug addicts hasn't changed in over 30 years. What did change is crime as it is now nearly non-existent.
With the $$ saved from that, they put it into a treatment program where they boost a 99.99% success of people staying off dope permanently & the .01% that fail are the .01% who fall threw the cracks & lie when entering saying that "they" want to go straight when in fact it is 1 of their dumb spouses or relative or who ever is stupid enough to think it would work.
