If you are looking for the software to simply burn a dvd, your best bet is to browse to http://www.download.com or http://www.hotfiles.com (ZDNet) and download a freeware/shareware application (such as Burn4Free), or simply use the software that came with your burner (usually RecordNow).

If you are actually looking to copy DVDs (not copyrighted movies of course because that's illegal....), I recommend downloading DVDShrink 3.2 which you can find here (http://www.mrbass.org/dvdshrink) along with an excellent tutorial on how to use it.
