Help answer this question below.

While watching my RCA 36" projection screen tv, the picture suddenly shrunk down to an hour glass shape, what woould cause this? I have looked through all of the screen settings and can not find anything that would cause or fix this.

this is a failure of the pincushion circuit, most often caused by poor solder connections in the h.drive circuit
