    No.

The reason has to do with birthrate and the general Islamic belief that artificial contraception is wrong. Islamic people have a higher birthrate and, unlike their Western European (and American) counterparts, do not use artificial birth control.

It is clear to see that based on these two factors alone, there will be many more Islamic people around in the next couple of generations as compared with Western Europeans (including Americans).

Of course, I could be wrong. If Islam suddenly embraces Western European culture, or Western Europe (and America) revert back to the unanimous pre-1930 Christian moral teaching and Catholics the world over start obeying their Church (which has never wavered) on the matter of artificial contraception, then this trend could be reversed.

    • when oil is dry , and jihad cash is not there .
      Islam has to collapse.
what will those millions of hungry Muslims eat ?
I agree with your birth rate theory,
but they also need wealth to propagate .
when they will see , Islam same has Christianity cannot deliver .
well sure they must change ,but will they humans need their phony gods !

    • Islamic people will eat the food that is available. With Mohammedanism, the infidels (non-Islamic people) do not necessarily need to be taken care of. In Mohammedanism, there is no "love of your enemies" as there is in Christianity.
      .
They do not need wealth to propagate any more than anyone else does. You see what happens in Africa and Latin America. This is a matter of them doing what they believe to be right and avoiding what they believe to be wrong. They shun artificial contraception and abortion. Western Europe embraces these. They will be more successful from a population standpoint. And whatever your opinion about their "phony God" is, your opinion does not change this reality. Their morality is in tune with achieve an increasing population, while Western European morality is not.
      .
I agree that they may, in time, abandoned their morality as Western Europe did. Right now, I don't see them on this path.

    • well the religion does not make the people good or bad.
Christians religions are cash loaded and they do that to spread th word. they should pay taxes and then the governments will rightfully have more cash.

    • Percentage wise, Christian communities spend FAR more than the government on social welfare. Anyone who says otherwise is not lined up with reality. People who think the government is better at caring for the poor than Christian communities are just plain crazy. Further, the government knows this and this is why churches will probably never loose their tax-exempt status.

    • they tend to do a good job as many who are doing are good caring folks .but still they use this to spread the word of god and that is not correct .but in a good religious society there should be no poor should they?

    • There would be no poor if the world properly embraced Christianity. It never has.
      .
What you judge as incorrect behavior regarding the spreading of the Word of God is merely your biased opinion. Further, you have no right, and fortunately no authority, to impede others from doing what they think is right. Others are at least trying to show the world some mercy by feeding it and educating in the best way they know how. Apparently, all you can do is criticize them.

Anyways, I dont think birth rate is the sole relevant factor for growth of any religion. Many people convert from one religion to another all the time, and conversion rate plays a big part in the continued sustainability of any religion
Islam itself is a young phenomenon, originating sometime around 700A.D or so, and is still evolving, whereas other religions such as Judaism, Christianity, Hinduism are much more evolved and have absorbed or been part of evolution of human society for a much much larger period of time.
What we are experiencing currently, IMHO, is clash of two civilizations... western/democratic & islam/barbaric orthodox. Islam is currently going through what other religions have already been through aeons ago. It only remains to see whether islam survives this clash or perishes.
It is projected in the 2decades, there would be more moslems in eu than any other religion, britain is already facing radical islam threat, lets see how everything unfolds and do our best to make moslems realize the error of their ways w.r.t today's society.
