Help answer this question below.

How do I make a sealed bottle with "slow ocean waves"? I seem to recall that dye and paint thinner are used, but can't remember exactly how.

    Half distilled water, half paint thinner, and dye. Blue if you want the ocean. Seal and tape over bottle cap with duct tape. You don't want small children to open and drink it. It will not grow bacteria.
