A true tramp stamp is not only on the back. It can be on the breast, lower back left shoulder blade or on the arms and wrist. A little known fact is that back in the pioneer days, and even farther back in the colonial days, various people were tattooed with a tribal type of tattoo, to show the world that they were UN-faithful and /or could not be trusted. This is where the term tramp stamp came from. Most of the woman who received them were called tramps.

A tramp was a hobo, bum, or vagabond prior to the mid/late part of the 20th century. Stop making crap up just to pretend you have a brain. You are ridiculous. You probably use the word "irregardless", don't you?
