Help answer this question below.

A man gave a woman his phone number and she responded that she would not call him. Then two months later he became engaged to another woman. What is going on in his mind?

    Let's talk this through...
    So he met Female A and gave her his phone number. He clearly found a need to initiate what he hoped would be ongoing contact. She however didn't recognise or share that need and thus told him she would not utilise his offer of contact details.

    He then met Female B, things went better with her and they decided to marry.

    There is a chance he thinks of Female A and wonders what could have been if she chose to utilise his contact details.

    That is natural.

    It honestly depends on the circumstances under which he met Female A. It could have been at a business conference and Female A could be a potential business associate who decided she would prefer not to be associated with him.

    If he is focussing too much on Female A, he is risking losing Female B so he needs to refocus his attention on what is important - Female B.
