Help answer this question below.

Which computer is the best the PC or the apple for a experienced computer user. Think it is a pc but I don’t know and i really want a good answer before i buy one

    I am an experienced user and I recently made the switch. I am going to ignore all features of both computer and just talk about how I as a user interact with the computer.

    On my Windows machine, in order to do something, I had to order it around. For example, I know that to change the background, I need to right click here, do this, etc. On my Mac, I've realized that operating it is FUN. So maybe I don't know how to change the background. I open up System Preferences (Control + Space, "Sys", Enter with QuickSilver installed), type "background" into the search box, hit enter, and I'm there. That's nifty. I could give countless more examples.

    Another thing I am constantly impressed by is the user base. People LOVE Macs. The community is AMAZING. I can have conversations with application developers by just emailing them. Most applications that I use are created by very small businesses or individuals that I am proud to support. Besides being functional, some of these applications are actually very pretty and fun to use.

    Any problems that I've had have been quickly solved by members of the community. I really suggest that you at least try one out and install some small third-party software. It's a blast! (By install, I mean copy to the applications directory. I love drag-n-drop installing!)

    Also, I found that I was missing gaming. On my PC, I frequently played Counter-Strike: Source. So I installed BootCamp. It is brilliant, works well, and I can get into Windows in less than 40 seconds to play a game by restarting my computer.
