    Depends what you mean by Survive. The galaxy would be transformed in terms of the number of stars and planet. Human race would not survive.

    • There is a theory that our solar system used to be a part of the galaxy Sagitarius, that became captured by the gravitational pull of the Milky Way, and is even now being acquired into the Milky Way.
