What is love?....serious love.

    Love is THE GREATEST of ALL emotions!
    Love IS PASSION!

    In days of old, when there were powerful kingdoms, sometimes love was THE REAL reason one king or queen would order his or her armies and defenses to battle with another king or queen. Those battles and wars caused countless, innocent folks to sacrifice their limbs, sanity and lives for a cause other than what he or she truly believed.

    Many years ago my Dad told me, "Son, there will be days and times when you'll discover that love is a bitch!" (In the vernacular sense of the word.)

    It's the reason why one individual fights over and for another.

    Its the reason why a person does things to benefit someone else rather than doing things for hims4elf or herself.

    Love is the reason songs, poems, plays and movies are written.

    Love is the reason gifts are given and exchanged.

    Love is the reason people make love.

    Love is what and how one person feels in his or her heart for another.
    Notice I wrote "heart" - NOT brain.

    I provided an answer in my own words. I didn't go to any sourse other than the ones I used.

    As far as "constellations" and other 'thoughts' are concerned which were used by others answering your Q, I don't know where the devil they got them, but I don't think it was from his or her mind.
