Help answer this question below.

I want to be healthier and eat more fruits and salads, but for some reason i'm hard wired to only be attracted to eating hot food - meat, sandwiches, chips, salty stuff. what can i take to replace the stuff im missing out on not eating fruitsand salads?

    raw fruits and veggies are definitely the best for you. but i understand its sometimes hard to get all the nutrients you need from just food & drinks alone. the best supplement i know of is biosuperfood. it contains 4 types of spirulina and it is truly natures miracle food. after it was developed, they used it to treat the people who suffered from radiation poisoning at chernobyl. if you gotta take a supplement, i would highly recommend it. unlike most vitamins & minerals which your body isnt able to synthesize properly, or has too much of certain vitamins (eg vitamin e), biosuperfood is easily absorbed & processed by the body.
