That's pretty much anywhere. I've worked in retail, I currently work in fast food, it's just how some people are. They revel in the thought of being better than other people and they know you can't fight back (or shouldn't).
    Ignore them, they're pathetic.
Or steal their checking account number, name, address, driver's license number, and have them pay for lots of gay porn that's going to be sent to them very soon. (I'm not suggesting this, it's a joke, this would be highly illegal)

    • I work in a grocery store. About half of the people will say, "Excuse me sir, can you tell me where the bread is?" The other half walk up to me and say, "bread." One day I'm going to look at them and say, "good job, now say 'HOUSE.'" Thanks for your input!

    • LOL!!
Yes I've thought the same thing many times. Many people haven't been raised with manners. Now that you've seen the disgusting side of rude people, at least you know you'll never be that way and make others feel like they make people feel. It'll get you much farther in life being polite and respectful, too. So the odds are in a decade or so you could work yourself up to be the employer of those sort of rude people that no one is ever going to take seriously.
