Help answer this question below.

Im starting to get worried. I've had a cold or sinus infection for about a week I haven't went to the Doctor yet. My brain feels like its spinning and my mouth on my left side is starting to go numb..What could be going on?

- I went to the Doctor and I have a sinus infection (my ears are fluid filled) causing dizziness, and Acute Bronchitis.
