What are the biggest strengths you bring to your employer?

    Loyalty. My boss and I were just having this conversation yesterday and he said loyalty is very important to him. He's is very successful in his field and so is the staff he oversees. They have a great deal of respect for him.

    • Actually NO. In fact, I have QUIT that job. I realized I was never going to share in it either.
