Do you have to leave the house if hardwood floors are sanded and refinished because of the varnish fumes?

    I had to get away from my husband on Thursday night because the soles of his new shoes were rubber and giving off the nastiest aroma that I was feeling sick.

    Do yourself a favor and leave the home to air out with the windows open.
