Why do men leave the toilet seat up?

    Well... I think the gest of the entire question is with the assumption that it is not fun to accidentally sit on the cold porcelain rim of a toilet. Women who fail to check the toilet, and men who fail to put the seat down leave the chance for a woman to sit on an uncomfortable rim.

    • Good point!! A very cold, jarring landing, too. Not to mention the unexpected extra distance has an unsettling effect..
