If I work for a company that is based overseas, do I still have to pay incomes tax I earn from this job?

    Yes. But, HOW... I do not know. You still reside in the U.S., which is to say that, your income, then, benefits you within the U.S. where you reside, regardless of where that income originates. Where that income ends up is WHY you must pay income tax on it.
