    Too cool for school

Another reason (yes, I'm starting fresh-maybe this one won't spur so much negative ratings ha):
It is illegal to view porn if under the age of 18 (in the US at least), because it is harmful to developing minds (although it is regularly accessed by minors, with no repercussions). If something is considered harmful for a developing mind, then it means it can warp the mind in a negative way. Once someone turns 18 they are legally able to view porn-the law assumes their mind is completely developed and the person is mature enough to view it. Only problem, our minds are never truly completely developed. Anything we take in can shift the way we think. A child's world may become warped more quickly, but an adult's mind takes a bit more time. Hence why I used the word insidious in my previous answer.
Porn is degrading to women and, frankly, is filled with people that have nothing else to contribute to the world than their most intimate of actions (probably going to get trolled for that comment).
