How do you change your labret piercing?

I do it like this:
Right hand holds ball, left pulls the flat part up so it the piercing is perpendicular to the ground. Unscrew the ball, set it some place safe.
Get your other jewelry ready, unscrew it and pull the old one out and slide the new one it.

If you just got it pierced I don't suggest trying to switch from a labret to a ring unless you can do it REAL quick.
