Some are, some are not. Is Joe Biden's son, Hunter, a good, decent person? He was able to obtain an earmark for Obama. Oh, and by the way, Joe must find them good and decent too. Well, at least enough to accept $6,900,000.00 from Lobbyists and Lawyers in campaign contriutions since '89. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/08/26/AR2008082603894_pf.html
