    No,

    Moses 1:33

"Worlds without number have I created;...and by the Son I created them, which is mine Only Begotten"

This / our universe is definately our God 'El-ohim' and all created by 'Jehovah' the pre-mortal Jesus Christ & God of the Old Testament.

'All things' were Planned & Created Spiritually & Executed Materialisticly
    according to God-the Fathers command.
