Why does Obama say Uh a lot when he does not have a teleprompter?In HS I took speech class and I was taught saying Uh meant you weren't prepared for the question and was a sign of being a weak debater. Why do you want a Pres. who is a weak debater?

    Next time you're addressing hundreds of thousands of people regarding situations that affect your nation and the world and you're speaking from your heart, see if you say "uh" a few times and you formulate and execute your thoughts.
