    6CO2 + 12H2O + light energy ---> C6H12O6 + 6O2 + 6H2O

    In English...

    6 carbon dioxide molecules (we breathe out) + 12 water molecules + sunlight produces glucose (their food, sugar) + 6 oxygen molecules (we breathe in) + 6 water molecules
