I personally don't like it at all. It gets very boring after so long. I think many people are addicted to it because it's almost a life simulator. Peoples "lives" in WoW are more exciting than their real lives. Another possibility is because of the Reward system, players like to be rewarded so they keep playing and playing to get the rewards because it makes them feel better.

    • I kind of agree. It does get boring after a while. A lot of people like to do instances with friends. This does not work out for me, because I am mainly a lonely. I prefer to have a full team that I can control. I still want the new EP, though. That new race is a neutral.

The greatest thrill for me is being able to level up in such a short amount of time. I managed to get a new character (level 1) to get to level 22, within 4 days. But I had two motivators--a guy I used to have a crush on played it, and also a friend who unfortunately ended being one of those people on a trial account.

I like reward systems. I'm nothing special, IRL. At least online and in games, I can amount to something. But I could just as easily go elsewhere for rewards and points. As long as it is in the confines of my own home.
