Help answer this question below.

I have been asking for months ( since June of this yr) for a copy of my kids shots from their former pediactrian but she is not giving it to the clinic where I signed the release form to get the medical records. What shld I do?

    Send a letter stating that your HIPAA rights to access your medical records are being violated and you will get the records real quick.
