When i go to answer bag and youtube and other websites it looks really weird on my computer, all settings are normal, but its really generic with not alot of colors and such, how do i fix this?

Dell PC works fine until I insert USB plug into port. screen goes black and gives errors. Hold in the power button start up runs perfect.
