Help answer this question below.

When first meeting someone you'd like very much to date. Say like you're a customer and she's your waitress. Knowing she gets hit on all day everyday.
How/what's the best way to either get her number, or get her to call you?

    You'd be surprised, waitresses don't get asked out as much as you think. Well, at least not at work by guys their age. So towards the end of the meal ask if she wants to do go out. Tada. Worst case is you won't have a date, but that would have been the best case if you didn't ask her out at all.
