I have O- blood, my mom has o+ and my dad has a+ is this possible?

    Yes it is possible:

    Your mom will donate an o regardless. The genotype (keep in mind this is simplified much) of you father must be Ao. They both donate an o and you have o blood. As for the (-), that indicates the presence of a certain Rf antigen and that combo is also possible.

    • If the father had Ao and the mother had o the offspring would have A because the A would be dominate to the o types
