I'm 18 and my girlfriend is 16. Is it legal for us to have sex?

    If the age of sexual consent is 18 in your state, there is no window of time, to consider. It means that you can not have sex with your girlfriend until she is 18. The parents can also obtain a restraining order to keep you from her, until she is 18, because until she is 18, they can control who she sees and does not see. If they told a judge, they believe you are trying, or allready having sex with her, a judge will not hesitate to sign the restraining order. Sorry!
