Pimples on nipples are the same as pimples anywhere else. Acne is caused when skin cells are not shed properly, mix with oil and clog the pore. Wearing tight clothing, especially during excercise, can make it worse. I would recommend caring for this skin the same as caring for any other skin. Use anti acne products, starting with and exfoliant, then an estringent, and finally with a noncomedogenic moisturizer. Do this regularly to prevent acne, not just to treat the pimples you have.
