Has there been any harmful side-effects associated with consuming powdered vitamin drinks like Propel and/or Crystal Light?

    I've was taking 800 mg of vitamin e and drinking alot of crystal light and diet sods's. I have had 2 episode's where I have been very light headed and passing out. Just wondereing if there may be something that may link the two together?

    • Only thing I could think of with those types of side-effects is related to a low blood-sugar level. Were you reducing your calorie intake (eating significantly less) while drinking all those fluids? If you don't have enough calories to take in and sustain your bodily energy, you'd run into just what you described.
