What you probably have is a bridged version of the Hafler DH-200 amp. The DH-200 was a 2-channel power amplifier rated at 100 W/channel in normal operation and 300 W bridged. Note that bridging a 2-channel amplifier converts it into a single-channel or mono amp. The Hafler DH-series amps were available in kit form and individual owners may have modified their amps from the original (factory) configuration. Your amp may also be another Hafler DH-series amp that has been bridged.
The DH-series stereo amps had two pairs of binding posts for speaker connections: one pair for the left channel and one for the right. Each pair was colour-coded: red for +ve and black for -ve. When operated as a bridged amplifier, only one speaker is used and it is connected across the two red (+ve) binding posts. The black binding posts are not used and may have been removed by the amp builder.
Inputs were provided by a pair of RCA female connectors. Only one input is used when the amp is bridged. The second RCA connector might have been removed by the amp builder.
The fuses were located between the input (RCA) and output (binding posts) connectors for each channel.
You can connect a line-level output from your receiver, if it is so equipped, to the input of the Hafler using a standard RCA interconnect. Since this is a mono amp, only one speaker can be connected to it. Unless your receiver provides line-level outputs, you really have no use for this amplifier. And unless you have two of these amplifiers, it can only useed for driving a centre-channel speaker in a surround-sound system or a passive subwoofer.
