I've been on the pill for 2 years, and last month was really crazy, and I'd miss a pill, double up the next day, but some days I'm miss three and only take 2, but then take 2 the next day. I'm on my off week now, and my period is late, could I be pregnant

Yes. Each time you miss the pill, especially on consecutive days, you decrease the effectiveness of your birth control and increase your chance of becoming pregnant. If you are having alot of trouble maintaining your pill schedule, there are other forms of birth control that may be more effective for you such as OrthoEvra (the Patch) which is changed every 7 days or NuvaRing (vaginal insert) which is changed every 28 days. Anytime you are unsure of the effectiveness of your birth control, use a condom. Better safe than sorry.
