decide how much you will spend...take only that much. Leave all credit cards, bank cards, checks, EVERYTHING in which you can access cash at home or in motel. then when the cash is gone, walk out. Gambling sucks you in and before you know it you have maxed out credit cards, bank accounts, EVERYTHING and you are addicted and in major trouble. I KNOW.. FROM EXPERIENCE.
