Yes, There is public consensus and scientific evidence that the climate [generally has been]-edit- warming.
But this is an inappropriatly asked question. The question should be: Do you think MAN MADE global warming (AGW) is real?
To that I say NO! The bulk of the current science supports solar activity as the primary source of climate change. There is no evidence that CO2 is a driver of climate change, and the evidence suggests that changes in CO2 FOLLOW changes in tempurature, and therefore is not contributing to climate change.
The "consensus" that you hear about on the media concerning AGW is a misrepresentation of the above stated facts, and is intended to deceive you into supporting legislation to tax carbon, and to give control of national resources and soverignty to the United Nations.
The information supporting CO2 as a climte driver is almost purely an artifact of the United Nations IPCC. All other supporting research comes from scientists receiving huge research grants from IPCC supporters, and other international groups that support the cause of the United Nations.
It is amazing what a little research can uncover. Quit beleiving everything you hear from our corrupt media outlets, and do your OWN research. Use the last free source of information, the Internet.

You assume to much. If I wanted to ask the question that way I would have. In fact the facts show that if anything we are in danger of going into global cooling not waring.

well, in actuality, we HAVE been cooling since 2000.
Here is where I get my information from. I think based on what you just said that we are in general agreement on GW and AGW.
This is an EXCELLENT report by the recently formed NIPCC (Non-Governmental International Panel on Climate Change)
Enjoy!
