Don't convince her to shave it, because that will actually cause it to look thicker when it grows back. She should bleach, wax, or pluck it (or get electrolysis if she has the $$$). I agree with Ericcc that there's not really a good way to say it, and Ericcc's suggestion is actually quite good. If you have to tell her (or have told her already), let her know that you love her either way, with or without the fuzz, but that you think that she would look even hotter since it distracts you from her gorgeous lips. Tell her that you've heard about such and such product to remove hair and ask her if she'd be interested in trying it if you bought it for her.

    • Good answer about wax and electrolysis, I think it's kind of sexy!

    • "will actually cause it to look thicker when it grows back."

Uh, no that's actually just an urban legend, a very old myth.

    • The hair does not grow back darker. Hair grows from the roots, cutting hair above the skin will not affect the roots. When in doubt, use common sense :)

    • Yeah, it may look darker or thicker when it first grows back, but the actual physical traits do not change. After the initial "re-growth" phase, it goes back to looking normal.

    • I would say that it does grow back in thicker. I'm a male, I did this to my stomach twice, and it grew back in much thicker in the end, and don't tell me it'd end up being like this anyway because it wouldn't. I'm not a very hairy guy. My mom is also a cosmetologist and she knows from experience as well. It's not a myth. Every beautician knows this. People that say it's a myth are obviously not very observant people, or they have just not tested to see if it's true.

    • Epic fail, they were just stiffer for being shorter.
