Is it the U.S. Governments responsibility to protect and uphold its citizens constitutional Rights?

    It does seem to be a step in the right direction, but does not solve the primary problem.

    We have to stop the FRS from printing our currency, and then loaning to our government at interest.

    The only solution to this is for our government to shutdown the FRS and to print and control a national currency, thereby ejecting the FRS from our country.
