Do archaeologists make good money, or do they all do it for the "cool" factor?

    I think most are very dedicated scientists. I don't see the cool factor I guess. It's usually miserable weather and not really clean or pleasant if they are actually at the dig sites themselves.

    • I think it's a very cool thing to do. Digging up the past, studying ancient civilizations. I know the though of digging for buried treasure always fascinated me.
