My morality is based in the Bible, and it has changed very little over time. What has changed about me as I have grown is that I am more empathetic than previously. I now see that people can behave immorally, yet still be good people, and that they are going to make HUGE mistakes because they are people.

    • Without wishing to offend, did you need the Bible to tell you that?

    • Not really. I was very naive growing up, and let down by people often. It took some growing up on my part to see that people can get forgiveness, sincere forgiveness, on my part. It can be easy to give lip service to really forgiving people, but harder to achieve in real life. My sense of morality is the same, but now I guess I try to live even closer by what the Bible says about forgiveness.
