    How do YOU define religion?
More importantly, how do you define right?
Do the religions in question advance to their goals, meet objectives and satisfy their promises?
Do they satisfy your desires and expectations?
Do they fit in with your daily life?
Do you wish to benefit yourself, others or please your God? Or could it be that the right religion has adverse effects on mankind?
As far as I can see no answer is justifiable to the extent to be true. Personally, I think they're all well meaning fundamentally falsely(illogically at least)-driven social concepts which all deserve a unique level of respect.
