Is the word "series" singular and plural?

    Depends on the context. I can be both depending on how you say it. A series is cingular. Every series is plural.

    • Every series is still singular. Every anything is always singular. To test just say it in a sentence: every series is amazing. IS means that it's singular. If it was "are" (ex: these series are interesting) then it would be plural.
