Brigham Young preached Blood Atonment... If I murder someone, my blood needs to be shed to be forgiven

Glenn, civil authority can say... "since you have murdered, you in turn will need to be killed". They can't say "since you have murdered, you in turn will need to be killed in order to be forgiven." This is what Brigham Young preached.
